I love that this combines the aesthetic charm of a wooden toy with fun electronic features. It looks fantastic sitting in our playroom—not an eyesore at all! My daughter loves switching between the different sound modes and jamming along. It’s lightweight enough for a toddler to carry around easily, yet sturdy enough to withstand a few accidental drops. Great battery life so far, too. Absolutely worth every penny.

My kid absolutely loves this toy electric guitar! The built-in background music is fantastic. When strumming the strings along with pressing the musical buttons, it really feels like putting on an actual live concert. The strap is also much wider and thicker than others we've tried, making it way more comfortable for little shoulders to wear. It is interactive, fun, and great quality. My two-year old great-grandson is very familiar with real guitars, and this was a great gift for him. It's a very substantial weight since it's made of wood. The strap, in particular, is far superior to those usually included with a toy guitar. Also important, this one has real strings to pluck and strum. He enjoys it very much.

Also�?it can get a little loud and repetitive for parents after a while 😅

We actually own several toy guitars and ukuleles at this point, but this one is easily the best one we have.

What makes this one different is that it actually has real strings, so you can play it without even turning it on. Turning it on just adds electric sound effects and extra music features. That alone made this feel way better than the typical battery only toy instruments.

There are colorful buttons along the neck that play different chord sounds and there’s even a little rocking bar that adds to the music which is a really fun feature.

My 6 year old especially loves this. She’s been putting on little “concerts�?for us which has been really cute to watch. The strap is adjustable so kids can actually wear it comfortably while playing.

I also like that it has a wood base with plastic over parts of it instead of being all plastic. It gives it a nicer look and feel.

I already own several toys from this brand and this is definitely another win for us.

This is a review of the Freniland Toy Guitar. I have a few other toys from this brand, and they are excellent, but I was skeptical that this guitar could be appropriate for a 3 year old. I've been testing it for about a month, and I'm now a HUGE fan. This little guitar is extremely well-made and it is PACKED with features, some that a young preschool child will love and many that an older child will enjoy.

This is a toy that will keep a child's interest. Feature-wise, it automatically turns off when it hasn't been played in 5 minutes. There are so many different things to play with on this, and all of them make different sounds. You can pull the rocker-bar, strum the strings, push the colored buttons on the frets, push the big gray button to play 10 different songs, and twist the knob to make the chords sound like classical guitar, electric guitar, or silly sounds in "fun mode." And, of course, you can do all of these things in combination, like a real guitar player.

One of my favorite features is that the volume button has a low and high setting, and neither are very loud... this is not a toy that is so loud and annoying that you'll want to jerk the batteries out of the back of it 10 minutes after your kid starts playing with it (it uses 3 AA batteries, in case you're wondering). This guitar is light-weight and has a sturdy, adjustable strap. The body of the guitar is made from thick plastic and lightweight wood backed with the same plastic. I can't say enough about the quality of the materials used- this toy is built to be used. I have yanked the guitar strings, twisted the buttons, pulled the strap, and done everything but give this to the dog to chew, and I haven't managed to damage or dent a single thing on this guitar. The only thing I've had to be careful with is the thinnest guitar string. Even the speaker on this guitar is protected.

Overall, at $36.99 at the time I ordered, this is a very good value for the quality. This is a toy that can keep a child's interest. Highly recommended.

I have a couple of toys from Freniland and I have to say the quality is just outstanding. Excellent construction and I love the care they give to the development of their toys. This is a very cute, quality electric toy guitar for kids. It comes with real strings, pre-set beats and sounds as well as a guitar strap (which is great quality). Our toddler has been grabbing our Taylor guitar to strum and although we love his curiosity, it's an expensive guitar to have as a play toy. This electric guitar has smooth edges, non-toxic paint and good sound. It does require 2 AA batteries which are not included but they last a very long time. I have seen other guitars on the market but this one is by far the best one we have found so far. The real guitar strings are easy to strum, perfect introduction into music and made with good quality build design. Great value for the money. Very happy with it. Would highly recommend. Makes a great gift idea.
