About Wood
Our toys are made of natural wood - solid wood for the main pieces, plus quality engineered wood where a panel needs extra stability. Every piece is sanded smooth and finished, so there are no sharp edges or splinters.
Wood is a natural material, so the piece you receive may show its own grain pattern, color depth and small natural marks. That is not a defect - it is what makes each toy a little different from the last.
Care: wipe with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then dry right away. Do not soak wooden parts, put them in the dishwasher, or leave them in direct sun or a damp room, since wood can warp and crack. A light coat of food-grade oil once or twice a year keeps the surface fresh.

Adult supervision is required. This toy is intended for children within the age range shown on this page and on the packaging. Younger children should not use it unsupervised.
Check screws, bolts and joints regularly and tighten them if they come loose. Stop using the item right away if any part is cracked, splintered, broken or has come loose, and contact us before using it again.
Keep away from open flames, heaters and standing moisture. Children should not stand, jump or climb on the item beyond its intended use, and it should never be used as a step, ladder or flotation device.
Remove all packaging, plastic bags and loose hardware before play and keep them out of reach of children. Some sets contain small parts: check the age grading on the packaging before giving the toy to a child under 3.
